The Ocean Isle Museum Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation that supports operations of the Museum of Coastal Carolina in Ocean Isle Beach, NC and Ingram Planetarium in Sunset Beach, NC through admission fees, private donations, community contributions, grants, memberships, and gift shop sales.

Memberships to the Museum of Coastal Carolina are available. The Ingram Planetarium has a pass system in which patrons can purchase packs of passes to enjoy multiple shows. Unlimited access to Planetarium shows is available by purchasing a Universe Pack or by joining the Foundation Star Society.

Foundation Star Society Membership provides unlimited access to the Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium, free admission to lectures, member previews, newsletters, and 10% discount to Nature’s Treasures Gift Shop and Galaxy Gift Shop.  Additionally, Star Society members receive recognition through a Museum “Giving Tree” plaque and acknowledgement on the dome scroll at the Planetarium.

Planned Giving

Ingram Planetarium and the Museum of Coastal Carolina are run by the Ocean Isle Museum Foundation, Inc. (OIMF). OIMF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that relies on income from memberships, admissions, fundraising, grants, and donations from people like you. The mailing address for OIMF is 21 East Second Street, Ocean Isle Beach, NC. When you are making estate planning decisions, please consider supporting OIMF with a legacy gift in any amount.

Planned giving is a way that philanthropic individuals like you can support nonprofits such as OIMF. There are many opportunities for planned giving.
